Designed to empower participants with comprehensive knowledge of Service Design in the United Kingdom, participants dived deep into Service Design considerations before exploring the key elements that contribute to a successful User-Centric Design approach. By understanding user behaviour, motivations, and pain points, participants worked together to propose impactful solutions that addresses real-world challenges.
